LGBTQ+ Resources for the Job Search & Workplace

Recently the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) released a list of helpful resources for LGBT college students and job candidates.

Here’s a few that we found helpful.  Don’t forget to visit the LGBTQ+ Culture Center at IU for support and additional resources.

  • Out for Work– includes a job board, access to programming, & information on the yearly conference College Student Career Conference.
  • Out for Undergradan organization dedicated to providing professional conferences for LGBTQ Students.
  • Pride at Work– a network of LGBT advocates which blogs about the LGBT experience in the workplace and adovcates for it’s members.  Chapters are available across the US.
  • Human Rights Campaignthis dedicated workplace site includes transgender-specific resources, lists of best places to work accordingn to HRC, and blog post updates.
