Molly Burkhardt

Assistant Director, Strategic Alumni Engagement

Molly Burkhardt

Molly was born and raised in Carmel, IN and attended Hanover College for undergrad. She graduated in 2017 with a BA in Communication and a minor in Sociology. At Hanover, the small but mighty liberal arts college which is quaintly situated in southeastern Indiana, she was heavily involved in her sorority, Phi Mu. Her leadership experience within the chapter is what initiated her to consider pursuing a career in higher education. She knew she wanted to work on a college campus and interact with a variety of stakeholders, so she went straight to Indiana University to pursue her master’s in Higher Education and Student Affairs and graduated. She graduated from IU in May 2019.

As a graduate student, Molly completed professional experiences in admissions, orientation, and fraternity & sorority life. In her current role as Assistant Director of Strategic Alumni Engagement in the Walter Center for Career Achievement, she feels energized to serve liberal arts students and alumni in innovative and meaningful ways. Molly enjoys spending time with her fiancé, friends, and family. She also loves stand-up comedy, Orangetheory Fitness, pizza, and cats.
