With 80+ majors in three schools and divisions, the IU College of Arts + Sciences offers the largest, most comprehensive range of academic programs at any university in the Big Ten. Join us as we offer multiple ways to engage with our talented students each semester. We believe your brand on campus will grow fastest by participating in as many as possible.


Fall Career + Internship Fair

The Career + Internship Fair is the College of Art + Sciences’ biggest and most diverse event of the semester. Whether you decide to sponsor or just attend, this career fair is your chance to get to know our students and grow your brand at IU Bloomington.

We’d love to welcome you to the campus of Indiana University Bloomington or host you online. Each day has a separate registration, but there is only one cost whether you attend one day or two. For more information on this event, please view the registration page in Handshake.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Maximize your on-campus recruitment experience and effectiveness while growing your brand awareness on campus by becoming a career fair sponsor for the second, in-person day of the career fair. Virtual sponsorships are not available at this time.

Platinum Sponsorship — $3,000
In addition to all gold benefits:

  • Takeover Social Media: Takeover our Twitter feed + Instagram Stories for a scheduled day before the fair and be featured on social media while attending events.
  • Double Booth Space: Receive an extra 8 ft. table for double the space for your representatives, marketing materials, and student interaction. Available upon request. This also includes 8 total representatives as you would have two tables.
  • Featured Photobooth: Be the named partner for our professional portrait booth for students. Logo included!
  • Exclusive WIFI Hotspot: Gain access to higher speed internet from our WIFI hotspot shared only by Platinum sponsors.

Gold Sponsorship — $2,000
In addition to all silver benefits:

  • Social Media Shout Out: Our social media team will shout you out to our followers on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook leading up to and during career fair week.
  • Booth Location: Be the first organization students see! Tier 1 booth locations are reserved for our Platinum sponsors and Tier 2 booth locations are reserved for our Gold sponsors. Silver sponsors are guaranteed a table in the main room. Inquire for more details as layout varies by fair location.

Bronze Sponsorship — $1,000
  • Company Representatives: Add two additional representatives free-of-charge for a total of four representatives.
  • Marketing: Be included in printed marketing materials.
  • Free Parking: Sponsors park for free in either of the IMU parking lots.

Payment Due
If you have not already done so, please visit our payment processing system to process your payment for this event. All employers must register and pay using this link, regardless of payment type.

Registration/Check-In
Check-in begins at 12:00 pm at Alumni Hall. The event will be held in Alumni Hal and Solarium at the Indiana Memorial Union at 900 E 7th Street, Bloomington, IN 47405. Alumni Hall is on the west side of the building right next to Starbucks. Please check in with our team prior to setting up your materials.

Accomodations
Please go to www.visitbloomington.com/hotels-motels for lodging options as well as maps you may need during your stay. The Indiana Memorial Union Biddle Hotel and Conference Center is a convenient place to stay during your visit. Reservations can be made here: http://imu.indiana.edu/hotel/. We also have a corporate rate with Hyatt Place at 217 W Kirkwood Avenue. Please let us know if you need assistance.

Table Arrangement
We will provide an eight-foot table and tablecloth. You may bring a display that rests on the table or fits within the parameters of your space; however, we cannot accommodate oversized displays, two-sided displays, or other items that would obstruct the aisles where students walk. Nothing can be affixed (including glue, tape, and thumbtacks) to surfaces including walls, floors, ceilings, and furniture. We encourage you to bring any items that will assist you in promoting your organization including position descriptions, literature, and giveaways.

Parking
Parking on campus can be difficult so please arrive early! If you are bringing career fair materials with you, you may drop these items at the IMU circle drive entrance before parking and a staff member will take your materials to your assigned booth space.

Parking is available in IMU lots 1 and 2. These pay lots are located directly north and directly east of the IMU. Please take a ticket upon entering the lot and a complimentary parking voucher* will be provided in your packet at check-in.These lots may reach capacity before everyone has arrived, so early arrival will make parking easier.

Once the IMU lots are full, a staff member will provide you with a campus parking pass that will allow you to park in the following parking garages: Poplars, Henderson, Atwater, and Fee Lane. Please obtain the pass BEFORE parking in the garage as you will be ticketed without a pass displayed. We are not responsible for parking tickets received on campus.

*Two complimentary parking passes per registration will be provided. Four complimentary parking passes per sponsorship registration will be provided. All other parking costs are the responsibility of your organization.

Shipping
You may ship your display and materials prior to arrival. Packages must be received no more than three day prior to the event. Please label your materials as shown below. You MUST include the title of the fair you are attending.

Next-Day Interviews
If you requested space to host interviews on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, following the fair, note that interviews will be held in Ernie Pyle Hall. Lunch vouchers will be provided for all recruiters conducting interviews. If you would like to schedule an alternate date for interviews later in the semester, please contact Sarah Daughtery.
