Learn about photographing basketball at The Hoosier Gym
Knightstown, IN, June 15 to 16, 2018: Come to The Hoosier Gym in Knightstown, Indiana to learn and be inspired to improve your skills at photographing the game of basketball. The instructor, Richard Sitler, has been photographing basketball professionally for over 30 years. He has worked on staff for newspapers including The Herald Bulletin in Anderson, Indiana, The Daily Times in Noblesville, Indiana, The Republic in Columbus, Indiana as well as newspapers in other states. Sitler also has taken sports photographs for Vype Magazine and the Indianapolis Star. Sitler will be teaching this two-day, hands-on pragmatic workshop at The Hoosier Gym, the home court for The Hickory Huskers in the movie Hoosiers. What a great place to learn strategies and tips and get inspired to take your sports action photography of basketball up a notch. The workshop will include an opportunity to photograph live action of high school basketball games in the gym. This workshop is limited to 15 participants. The course is open to photographers from beginners to experienced ages 16 and up.
