C-SPAN: Make Up Your Own Mind

c span logoIf the answer is YES to these questions below, be sure to join us at 12pm on Wednesday, Nov. 11!

  • Are you following the Government’s response in this unprecedented time?
  • Looking for balanced and unfiltered coverage of issues?
  • Wanting to learn more about federal elections and candidates?
  • Seeking primary source video for assignments and projects?

Learn how C-SPAN provides a window into Washington with access to public officials working on the issues facing our nation – like the coronavirus pandemic, the volatile economy, and the presidential election. C-SPAN will also share how its nonpartisan mission guides its coverage of the political process, through its TV, online and radio resources.

Students will also get the chance to hear about internship and career opportunities at C-SPAN! There will be time for Q&A, too.
