IUB’s Student Academic Center (SAC) is hoping to hire several outgoing undergraduate Teaching Interns for next fall 2022 to assist in multiple programs. SAC interns learn significant skills (public speaking, pedagogy, team work, research, empathy) as they assist in various SAC programs. Essentially, in this internship you will help other students achieve their academic goals, improve their college experience, and connect with campus resources. Your own academic habits will improve, too!
Interns are paid hourly, usually 8-10 hours per week. Hours are flexible, working around your class schedule.
Interns can work for one semester or several.
Pay is competitive.
Interns will work in either the PASS (Peer Assisted Study Session) program, or the EDUC-X156 academic coaching program.
