The Vivint SmartHome summer sales internship provides the opportunity to develop real-world communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Through on the job training, interns will learn to master each element of the sales cycle including prospecting, presenting, qualifying, and closing. Top performers will be offered full time employment that may include leadership positions.
The program will also include weekly and sometimes daily sales competitions or incentives. A large number of prizes and vacations are available for top performers at all experience levels. Additionally, team incentives and activities will provide opportunities for team dinners and outings on the weekends.
