Customer Experience Club is a business-focused organization that focuses on giving students the opportunity to learn and apply customer experience skills in real business situations. All members of the club will have the opportunity to contribute!
Although customer experience is still a relative unknown for college-level students, it is quickly becoming one of the most important parts of the business world. By the end of the year, 89% of businesses will compete mainly on customer experience. The purpose of this club is to familiarize students with the concepts of customer experience and provide opportunities to apply these skills to evaluations of real businesses’ handling of customer experience in the community.
