The Financial Planning Association (FPA) is a U.S.-based professional organization formed in 2000 that assists members of the public find ethical, objective, client-focused financial planners. The FPA was formed as a result of a partnership between the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and the International Association for Financial Planners. The FPA’s mission is to help students further their professional development, expand their personal network, and stay current on the latest trends in the industry. We partner with the Greater Indiana FPA chapter to help us with our mission. Members of the FPA at IU will have access to some of the resources provided by the state and national chapters. The FPA is open to all students interested in Wealth Management. Along with the Greater Indiana Chapter, we work with many companies and organizations to get insights and advice from experienced professionals.
