The purpose of Phi Beta Lambda is to provide opportunities for college students to develop competencies for business and leadership skills. Phi Beta Lambda is an integral part of the instructional program and promotes a sense of civic and personal responsibility. Furthermore, Phi Beta Lambda provides a pathway to the post-graduation Professional Division.
