We offer private, quiet spaces with everything you need for a successful virtual interview or group project. These rooms are located on the 2nd floor of Ernie Pyle Hall and are available to College of Arts and Sciences students.
Submit your request at least 24 business hours in advance. We will confirm your reservation by email to the provided address.
When you arrive for your reservation, please check in at the Welcome Desk.
Location: Walter Center for Career Achievement, Ernie Pyle Hall, 2nd Floor.
Room capacity: Up to 8
Includes: Table, chairs, whiteboard with markers, disinfecting wipes
Technology: A large, wall-mounted monitor, keyboard, and mouse. The monitor includes a built-in PC or can be used as a wireless display. Instructions are next to each monitor, but feel free to ask our staff for assistance.
Acceptable use: These rooms provide a quiet, professional space for students to interview with employers. If space is available, rooms may be used for small-group meetings.
Coffee, tea, and snacks are available in the Career Studio, located right outside these spaces. During interviews students and staff in the area are asked to keep noise levels down.

Reservations are not made for the online attendance of IU courses, or for quiet study. If you wish to use rooms for these purposes, please inquire about same-day availability.
Come see our space! Your student organization in the College of Arts and Sciences can request a presentation from our peer coaches. We can host you at the center or come to your regular meeting location.
