Intern with The Mill Bloomington
The Mill, located in Bloomington, is the local center for co-working and entrepreneurship. The Mill recognizes how important IU College of Arts and Sciences students are, since the liberal arts education provides College students with unique perspectives, skills, and ways of thinking. College of Arts and Sciences students are invited to apply to The Mill's internships in collaboration with the Walter Center for Career Achievement.
Available Internships
● Working with management to prepare and support clients on client meetings
● Interface with the data team to add value to the existing client relationships
● Developing marketing communications for potential clients
● Develop marketing materials and support marketing efforts
● Using excellent communication skills, including writing skills
● Work under general supervision, but with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy
● Working with companies to evaluate and prepare information for Founders, CEOs, boards, and investors as they prepare for the next major phase of their company
● Using excellent communication skills, including writing skills
● Work under Strategic Business Development Advisor and CEO, but with a high degree of day-to day autonomy
● Working with the start-up companies to create digital assets that reinforce their brand and messaging
● Expressing complex ideas via infographics for sale and marketing materials

Pay
The Mill internships pay $20 an hour. Information on earning credit and scholarships for internships can be found here.
