Career Path

Hometown Logistics team members typically begin their career as Logistics Relationship Managers earning a base salary and industry-leading monthly commissions. Team members are encouraged to lead and advance into leadership positions as they excel in the Logistics Relationship Manager role.

Full-Time Logistics Relationship Manager (Indianapolis)

A Logistics Relationship Manager at Hometown Logistics utilizes hands-on sales, problem-solving, and negotiating skills to build a portfolio of clients requiring assistance from freight brokerage services. The company’s in-depth operational training program amplifies your skillset so you may excel in the logistics industry and beyond.

Balancing sales and logistics operations skills, a Logistics Relationship Manager is focused on efficiently managing customer relationships. They’re supported by the freight operations and sales team. An ideal candidate is a positive, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal communication skills and an intense desire to learn and excel.

Pay starts at $45k annually + monthly commissions. Most team members are making $65k+ by the end of their first year, and $100k+ by the end of their second year.
